To Lose Weight:
1. Breakfast & Lunch (or any 2 meals of the day): Have a shake. Blend with a Health Flavor or fruit for extra nutrition. For those on the Transformation Kit, add 1 packet Vi-Trim® and 1–2 tablets of Vi-Slim® (as needed).
2. Snacks as needed: If you get hungry, try a Nutra-Cookie for a power packed protein, fiber, and fruit & vegetable antioxidant snack. Or have 10 raw almonds, or ½ cup of cottage cheese, or a piece of fruit, a small salad, string cheese, or other protein snack.
3. Sensible meal: Typically a salad, protein, vegetables, or fruit. But don’t worry, you can cheat now and then and still lose weight.
To Maintain Weight:
Have 1 shake every day for breakfast. Why? Almost 40% of adults don’t eat breakfast, which slows metabolism. If you eat breakfast, not only do you help keep your metabolism running, but you will typically eat less all day! And a shake is much better than the ‘average’ starchy breakfast of cereal, bagels, or other sweets.
