20³:  incorporates 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of toning with or without weights (depending on the availability of weights), and 20 minutes of core/ab sculpting.

Ballet Body: uses elements of ballet to sculpt and tone the body. No ballet experience is required for this low intensity class.

Chair DANCEYTUDE™: learn a sensual chair routine created to entice your audience. Perfect for girls' gatherings or for anyone looking to spice things up a little!

Club DANCEYTUDE™: an intense, but fun cardio class that only jams to club hits including R&B and hip hop.

DANCEYTUDE™: choreography based dance fitness workout that secretly incorporates major muscle group and core fitness movements and real dance moves. A beautiful marriage of explosive dance fueled with real attitude!

Fitness Mash-Up: features elements of many different types of today's popular cardio fitness classes including: tabata, Bokwa, kickboxing, cardio toning, etc. If you like to switch things up, this class is for you!

Hip Hop DANCEYTUDE™: learn a hip hop/R&B combination. This is the class for those looking for something more on the "dance class"  choreography side of dance fitness. No hip hop experience required.

Latin DANCEYTUDE™ 101: a crash course in latin dance genres including: salsa, merengue, bachata, and cha cha cha. Perfect for those looking to grasp the basics to move more efficiently in their ZUMBA® class or for a little more knowledge when on the dance floor.

Latin Jam: for those who want a ZUMBA®-like cardio workout, but prefer only latin music and moves. Class includes: salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbia, raggaeton, etc.

Line DANCEYTUDE™: learn some of the popular line dances out today in this class!

Samba Somebody?:
a complete cardio workout where you'll learn the basics of Brasilian samba. Get ready to shake your hips and move those feet!

Strip Tease Me: learn a sassy, sexy strip tease routine! Use body movement and clothing to tease your audience.

Targeted Toning: works the major muscle groups including the arms, legs and abs using body resistance and/or weights.

Tabata 'Tude: is a class based on  the Tabata Protocol, which is a form of high intensity interval training. We will perform high intensity moves for a particular time period with rest periods in between, to form circuits of exercise. Tabata allows you to avoid plateaus & burn fat more efficiently and up to 24 hours after leaving class!

Tummy & Tush: concentrates on the lower body - ripping the abs and toning the butt.

ZUMBA®: an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party!
